Yes. Condo renovations carry extra layers — building rules, elevator booking, restricted work hours, insurance certificates for the corporation. We handle that paperwork.
Sometimes, depending on scope and whether the kitchen and a bathroom stay usable. We’ll tell you honestly at the estimate stage rather than after you’ve committed.
