Kitchen & Bathrooms Renovations

Kitchen and bathroom renovation in North York. These are the two rooms that decide how a home feels day to day, and the two most people put off longest because the disruption sounds worse than it is.

Concord Reno Inc. handles both end to end for homeowners across North York, Toronto, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Vaughan and the wider GTA — custom cabinetry, countertops, tile work, fixtures, lighting and layout changes, coordinated by one team so you’re not chasing five trades yourself.

Licensed and insured. HomeStars Best of Award winner 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Kitchen Renovations

    • Custom and semi-custom cabinetry
    • Quartz, granite and porcelain countertops
    • Backsplash and floor tiling
    • Island builds and layout changes
    • Plumbing and electrical relocation
    • Appliance fitting and ventilation

Keeping the sink, stove and dishwasher roughly where they are saves both time and money. Relocating them means new rough-ins and often a permit — worth deciding before anything is ordered, not after.

Bathroom Renovations

  • Full gut and rebuild
  • Walk-in and curbless showers
  • Freestanding and alcove tubs
  • Vanities, mirrors and storage
  • Heated floors
  • Waterproofing and membrane systems
  • Powder rooms and basement bathrooms

Bathrooms are small rooms with a lot going on behind the walls. Waterproofing, drainage slope, venting and tile substrate are where most bathroom jobs fail years later — and they’re the parts nobody sees on a finished photo.

FAQs

How much does a kitchen renovation cost in North York?

It depends on size, cabinetry, countertop material and whether the layout changes. A refresh sits at the lower end; a full rebuild with custom cabinetry and structural work considerably higher. We give a written itemised estimate after a site visit.

Do I need a permit to renovate my kitchen or bathroom?

Not for renovation work. You do for structural changes, moving plumbing stacks, or altering electrical beyond a like-for-like swap. We’ll tell you at the estimate stage.

Can I stay in the house during the renovation?

For a bathroom, yes, if you have a second one. For a full kitchen, most clients set up a temporary cooking area. We seal off work areas and clean daily.

Can you work with my existing cabinets?

Often, yes. If the boxes are sound, refacing or replacing doors and hardware costs a fraction of new cabinetry and takes about a third of the time.

Do you handle condo kitchens and bathrooms?

Yes. Condo work has extra layers — building rules, elevator booking, work hours, insurance certificates for the corporation. We handle that paperwork.
