Before Anything Comes Out
Structural check — we confirm what’s load-bearing before a single wall is touched.
Utility isolation — water, gas and electrical shut off and capped where needed.
Containment — poly barriers and floor protection so dust doesn’t travel through the rest of the house.
Permits — required for structural removal. We’ll tell you at the estimate stage whether yours needs one.
Residential and Commercial
